What are the main causes of Schottky diode Electric leakage

Due to the unidirectionality of Schottky current, the higher the temperature, the lower the Electric leakage,

So Schottky diode leakage mainly comes from:

 1.Schottky diode itself has a large current

 2.Circuit temperature rise due to high ambient temperature.

 3.Schottky diode voltage drop used does not match the requirements of the line
